Green Cuisine to Open in Silver Lake with Bleu Sage

Green dining goes blue at Bleu Sage, an Ilan Dei designed restaurant set to open in Los Angeles’ Silver Lake in September. A clear departure from the hippy image of many such eateries, owners Jennifer Frankovis and Myrna Marin requested a design for Bleu Sage that’s modern, earth friendly and fresh. Scandinavian fabrics from the 60’s and 70’s inspired the look of the restaurant which features a wall of back lit and oversized sage leaves and a heavy emphasis on renewable and recycled materials.
